Types of Personal Computers

ALL IN ONE PC

  Two popular types of personal computers are the IBM compatible and Macintosh computers. The first personal computer was produced by IBM in 1981 and was called the IBM PC. In 1984, Apple Computer introduced the Macintosh, or Mac, and it became the first widely sold personal computer with a graphical user interface or GUI (pronounced gooey). Although both IBM and Apple computers are personal computers, the term PC came to refer to IBM or IBM-compatible personal computers.

ကြန္ပ်ဴတာ အမ်ိဳးအစားႏွစ္မ်ိဳးကေတာ့ IBM compatible ႏွင့္ Macintosh  တုိ႔ပါဘဲ၊ ပထမဦးဆုံး လူတစ္ဦးတည္းသုံးကြန္ပ်ဴတာကုိ IBM ကုမၸဏီမွ 1981 ခုႏွစ္မွာ ထုတ္လုပ္ခဲ့ပါတယ္၊ အဲဒီ ကြန္ပ်ဴတာကုိ IBM PC လုိ႔ အမည္ေပးခဲ့ပါတယ္၊ 1984 မွာေတာ့ Apple ကုမၸဏီမွ Macintosh (ေခၚ) Mac ကုိ စတင္ထုတ္လုပ္ခဲ့ပါတယ္ .... ပထမဦးဆုံး Apple ရဲ႕ PC ကြန္ပ်ဴတာေလာကမွာ အမ်ားဆုံးအေရာင္းစံခ်ိန္တင္ခဲ့ပါတယ္၊ အဲဒါ Window ရဲ႕ အစလုိေတာင္ ဆုိရမွာပါ၊ ဘာေၾကာင္းလည္း ကြန္ပ်ဴတာ သမားေတြသုံးေနတာက Command Line Interface ထဲမွာ သုံးေနၾကတာပါ .. ခု Apple က Graphical User Interface ရုပ္ပုံ Icon မ်ားႏွင့္ ခုိင္းလုိ႔ရတဲ့ PC ကုိ စထုတ္လုပ္လုိက္လုိ႔ပါဘဲ၊  ႏွစ္မ်ိဳးစလုံးဟာ လူတစ္ဦးတည္း PC ကြန္ပ်ဴတာစနစ္ကုိ စျပီးထုတ္လုပ္လုိက္တာပါဘဲ၊ PC သမုိင္းအစ ... IBM က ၊ လူတစ္

Apple now produces a Macintosh computer called the iMac, which is a desktop computer that features an all-in-one design. This means all the internal components are located behind the monitor, rather than in a tower case, which is customary in desktop computers.

While our training is intended for people who use PCs and the Windows operating system, some of our information also applies to Macintosh computers.

Apple ကလည္း  Macintosh ကြန္ပ်ဴတာအမ်ိဳးအစားကုိ iMac ဆုိျပီး ထုတ္လုပ္ပါတယ္၊ အဲဒီ iMac ကုိ အကုန္လုံး တပါတည္းပါ၀င္ေအာင္ တည္ေဆာက္ထားပါတယ္၊  ဆုိလုိတာကေတာ့ အတြင္းပုိင္းအဖြဲ႕အစည္းမ်ားအားလုံးကုိ Monitor ရဲ႕ေနာက္ဘက္မွာ ထည့္သြင္းတည္ေဆာက္ထားပါတယ္၊ ဆုိလုိတာ System Unit ကုိ သီးျခား စီမထားဘဲ တတြဲလုိက္ ထုတ္လုပ္တာကုိ ေျပာျခင္းပါ၊ အဲဒါဟာ စားပြဲတင္ကြန္ပ်ဴတာ အမ်ိဳးအစားဒီဇုိင္းတစ္မ်ိဳးဘဲျဖစ္ပါတယ္ အဲဒီကြန္ပ်ဴတာ အမ်ိဳးအစားကုိ PC အေနျဖင့္ လူတစ္ဦးတည္းသုံး ပုံစံႏွင့္ စက္လည္ေသာ စနစ္ ပရုိဂရမ္မ်ားကုိ တပါတည္း ထည့္သြင္းေစခဲ့ပါတယ္၊ Macintosh computers သုံးနည္းကုိ သီးသန္႕ တင္ေပးသြားပါမယ္ ၊
