Hardware is any part of your computer that has a physical structure, such as the computer monitor or keyboard. If you can touch it, it is hardware. Software is any set of instructions that tells the hardware what to do. It is what guides the hardware and tells it how to accomplish each task.

 Hardware စက္ပုိင္းဆုိတာက ကြန္ပ်ဴတာရဲ႕ ရုပ္ပုိင္းဆုိင္ရာတည္ေဆာက္ပုံပါဘဲ၊ တနည္းေျပာရရင္ Monitor (အေပၚစက္) ၊ keyboard (ကြန္ပ်ဴတာ လက္ႏွိပ္ခုံ)၊ အဲဒါေတြကုိ လက္နဲ႕ထိၾကည့္၊ ကိုင္ၾကည္မယ္ဆုိရင္ျဖစ္ႏုိင္ပါတယ္၊ အဲဒါေတြဟာ စက္ပုိင္းဆုိင္ရာေတြေပ့ါ (hardware) ၊ 

Software ဆုိတာကေတာ့ ညႊန္ၾကားခ်က္အစီအစဥ္ေတြပါဘဲ ၄င္းကေနျပီးေတာ့ စက္ပုိင္းဆုိင္ရာေတြကုိ ဘာေတြလုပ္ရမယ္ဆုိျပီး စီစဥ္ပါတယ္ ၊ Software ကေနျပီေတာ့ hardware ကုိ လုပ္ငန္းစဥ္တစ္ခုခ်င္းဆီကုိ ဘယ္လုိလုပ္ဆုိျပီး ညႊန္ၾကားမႈေတြေပးတဲ့ အတုိင္း စက္ပုိင္းဆုိင္ရာမွျပီးဆုံးေအာင္လုပ္ေဆာင္ရပါတယ္။

ကြန္ပ်ဴတာတစ္လုံးကုိ သင္၀ယ္တဲ့အခါမွာ ဘယ္ဟာကေတာ့ ရုပ္ပုိင္း၊ ဘယ္ဟာကေတာ့ Software ပုိင္းဆုိျပီး ခြဲျခားႏုိင္ျပီေပါ့။

The first electronic computer, the Electronic Numerical Integrator and Computer (ENIAC), was developed in 1946. It measured 18 feet by 80 feet and weighed 30 tons.
ပထမဆုံး လွ်ပ္စစ္ကြန္ပ်ဴတာက 1946ခုႏွစ္မွာ စျပီးတီထြင္ခဲ့ျပီေတာ့ ထုတည္က 18 ေပ ျမင့္ျပီး တန္ 30 ေလာက္အေလးခ်ိန္ ရွိခဲ့ပါတယ္။
