Using the process of elimination

If you're having an issue with your computer, you may be able to find out what's wrong using the process of elimination. This means you'll make a list of things that could be causing the problem and then test them out one by one to eliminate them. Once you've identified the source of your computer issue, it will be easier to find a solution.

ျပည့္ျပည့္၀၀ ေျဖရွင္းနည္း။ ကြန္ပ်ဴတာသုံးေနရင္ ျပႆနာမ်ား ထုတ္ျပန္လာခဲျပီးဆုိရင္။ သင္အေနနဲ႕ ေျဖရွင္းနည္းကုိ ရွာေဖြႏုိင္ပါတယ္။ ဘယ္စံနစ္ကုိ မွားယြင္း ေစခုိင္းမိသလဲ ဆုိတာကုိ လုိက္စစ္ေဆးၾကည့္ဖုိ႔ပါ။ ဒါကုိ ဘာဆုိရည္ရြယ္သလဲဆုိရင္ မွားယြင္းျပီး ခုိင္ေစမိတဲ့ အခ်က္ေတြကုိ ျပန္လည္ ရရွိေစမွာပါ။ ျပီးေနာက္ တစ္ခုခ်င္းအလုိက္ စစ္ေဆးၾကည့္ပါ ဒါႏွိပ္မိရင္ ဒါျဖစ္ပါလားေပါ့။ ျပႆနာေပၚရျခင္းအေၾကာင္းကုိ သိျပီဆုိရင္ ဒါေတြကုိ ေျဖရွင္းရတာ လြယ္ကူျပီေပါ့။

Scenario:

Leonardo is trying to print out invitations for his son's birthday party, but his printer won't print. He has some ideas about what could be causing this, so he goes through them one by one to see if he can eliminate any possible causes.

လီယိုနာဒုိက သူ႔သားေမြးေန႔ဖိတ္စာထုတ္ခ်င့္လုိ႔ သူက Print ထုတ္ဖုိ႔ၾကိဳးစားတယ္။ ဒါေပမဲ့ Printer မွာ ဘာျပႆနာရွိေနလဲမသိဘူး။ သူ႔မွာေတာ့ အၾကံအညဏ္နည္းနည္းေတာ့ရွိတယ္ ျပႆနာျဖစ္ရတဲ့ကိစၥႏွင့္ပါတ္သတ္ျပီးေတာ့ေပါ့။ ဒါေၾကာင့္မုိ႔ ျပႆနာ အရင္းအျမစ္ကုိ တစ္ခုခ်င္းလုိက္စစ္ပါေတာ့တယ္။ 

First, Leonardo checks his printer to see that it's turned on and plugged into his surge protector. He sees that it is, so that's not the issue. Next, he checks to make sure his printer's ink cartridge still has ink and that there is paper loaded in the paper tray. In both cases, things look good, so he knows the issue has nothing to do with ink or paper.

ပထမ အဆင့္အေနနဲ႕ လီယိုနာဒိုက ပရင့္တာကုိ စျပီးစစ္ေဆးပါတယ္။ ပရင့္တာ မီးဖြင့္ထားရဲ႕လား Plug ကုိ တပ္ဆင္ထားရဲ႕လားေပါ့။ အဲဒါၾကည့္ေတာ့လည္း မွန္ကန္စြာျပဳလုပ္ထားျပီးျဖစ္ေနတယ္။ ဒါဆုိေနာက္တဆင့္ သြားစစ္တယ္။ ပရင္တာမွာ မွင္အုိးကုိ သြားစစ္တယ္ မွင္လည္းရွိတယ္။ ျပီးေတာ့ စာရြက္ အ၀င္အထြက္ေနရာ Paper tray ကုိ သြားစစ္တယ္။ ဒီအေျခအေနႏွစ္ခုစလုံးဟာလည္း ျပႆနာေတြျဖစ္ေစႏုိင္တာဘဲ။ သူကဒါေတြကုိ သြားစစ္ေတာ့လည္း အကုန္ ျပႆနာမရွိဘူး။  

Now Leonardo wants to make sure his printer and computer are communicating correctly. If he had recently downloaded an update to his operating system, it might interfere with his printer. But he knows there haven't been any updates since last week and his printer was working yesterday, so he'll have to look elsewhere. Leonardo checks the printer's USB cord and finds that it's not plugged in. He must have unplugged it when he plugged his phone into the computer earlier. Once Leonardo plugs in the printer's USB cord, his printer starts to print. It looks like his printer issue is solved.

 ဒါနဲ႕ လီယုိနာဒုိက ကြန္ပ်ဴတာနဲ႕ ပရင့္တာ ခ်ိတ္ဆက္ထားမွန္ကန္ရဲ႕လား သြားစစ္ခ်င္တယ္။ သူလတ္တေလာ လုပ္ထားခဲ့ သူ Window ကုိ Update လုပ္ထားခဲဖူးတယ္။ ဒါေၾကာင့္ သူက Window က ပရင့္တာနဲ႕ မိတ္မဆက္ထားတာျဖစ္ႏုိင္တယ္ဆုိတာ သူသိတယ္။ ဒါေပမဲ့ Window Update လုပ္ခဲ့တဲ့ ျပီးခဲ့တဲ့အပါတ္ေတြက ပရင့္ထုတ္ရတာ အဆင္ေျပေနခဲ့တယ္၊ မေန႕ကအထိ အဆင္ေျပေနေသးတာဘဲ။ ဒါနဲ႕ တျခားနည္းလမ္းမ်ားရွိမလား ဆုိျပီးေတာ့။ လီယုိ က ပရင့္တာကုိ ထပ္ျပီး စစ္ေဆးတယ္ Usb ခ်ိတ္ဆက္ထားတဲ့ ေနရာေတြေကာ ။ အဲ့ဒီမွာကြန္ပ်ဴတာ မွာေတာ့ ပရင္တာ  Usb တပ္ဆင္ထားျပီး ပရင္တာမွာေတာ့ USB  ေခါင္းကုိ မတပ္ဆင္ေတြ႔လုိက္ရတယ္။ သူလုပ္ေလ့ရွိတာက ပရင့္တာ Usb ၾကိဳးနဲ႕ ဖုန္းခ်ိတ္ဆက္ျပီး လုိအပ္လာတဲ့အခါ အသုံးျပဳရတာရွိတယ္။ အဲဒါကုိ သူျပန္တပ္ဖုိ႔ေမ့သြားခဲ့တာျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ ဒါနဲ႕ လီယို USB ၾကိဳးကုိ ပရင့္တာမွာ တပ္ျပီး ပရင့္ထုတ္ၾကည့္ေတာ့ အုိေကသြားပါတယ္။ ဒါကုိၾကည့္လုိက္ရင္ ပရင္တာ ျပႆနာကုိ ေျဖရွင္းသြားျပီးျဖစ္ပါတယ္။
